Want to be Your Own Boss? Work from Home? Be Financially Free? Help Thousands of People?

What is Network Marketing to you? What do you think it means? No, it’s not a pyramid. You probably are involved in network marketing today; you just don’t know it. Do you get a check every time you recommend a movie, store, restaurant, brand of shoes, etc.? Probably not.

To me Network Marketing is an opportunity to build Passive Income. Passive Income is the money you receive today, each month, year after year, for the work you did yesterday. Think about it… How great is that! Your Network Marketing business will only work if you do. It is not a free ride! On the other hand, it offers what no other business can offer, a wonderful concept called “leverage”. Wouldn’t you agree that things can be much more profitable, efficient and, convenient to have 1% or 100 colleague’s efforts in your business then it is to give 100% of your own? Another marvelous thing with Network Marketing, your passive income can be limitless. It all depends on the limit you give it… or don’t. There are many excellent network marketing businesses out there. Find and join one that suits you. The great thing is that they have everything you need in place for you to get started immediately. Just with a minimal amount of money, you can own your business without all the administrative hassles a “regular” business can have. This is a legitimate business. You can do it full time, part time… you can put as many or little hours you wish. You are your own boss. Donald Trump, Warren Buffet, David Woods... these are all famous and incredibly successful people that not only recommend network marketing, but support Isagenix! Network Marketing is not easy but it is a challenge. You need persistence, determination, patience, courage, commitment, belief, faith and, feel a strong and constant burning desire inside you. Before success comes, you will face temporary defeats, and maybe failures. Be willing to constantly learn and grow. Are you up for the challenge? Do you think you have what it takes? Anyone can do this, if they put their minds to it.

I demand of life more than mediocrity and, I do think I can definitely have everything that I really want. If there’s a will, there is way.

Life’s battles don’t always go to the stronger or faster woman/man.
But sooner or later the one who wins is the one who thinks she/he can!

A quitter never wins – and a winner never quits!

Iron Discipline & Feel’n Fine Personal Fitness Showcasing at Money’s Bay

Satuday, September 26, 2009, Iron Discipline (Darren Little) and Feel’n Fine Personal Fitness (Cindy Little) show cased Kettlebell training at the 3rd Annual Big Pull Tug-of-War event at Money’s Bay. Kettlebell & Yoga class is usually held in Barrhaven, where Iron Discipline and Feel’n Fine Personal Fitness are located. Today, classes were held at Money’s Bay. This was one of the most intense classes I’ve gone through since my starting with Iron Discipline and Feel’n Fine! Oh, how awesome it felt! Minus the fact that I’m not used to having a big bunch of people watching class, it was quite fun to have a change of scenery. Classes are always done outdoors… yes, even during winter! It’s an “all-year-round” thing!!

Kettlebells originate, in big part, from Russia (know as a girya) and, all through Scotland. They where used by Scottish highlanders and Russian military practitioners for example. They are practical, simple and efficient. Kettlebells again are popping up in everyday language. The kettlebell itself is a cast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, coordination, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic total-body movements. If you want more information I suggest you go visit http://www.irondiscipline.com/, where Darren gives a far more accurate explanation.

Feel’n Fine and Iron Discipline’s facility is fully equipped for any kind of training. Name it, we’ve got it! Whether you’re looking for some one-on-one personal training, yoga classes, kettlebell classes, hardcore workouts, cardio training, strength training… Whatever you’re looking for, you can find it with Feel’n Fine and Iron Discipline. For more information go visit http://www.feelnfine.ca/.

The Big Pull Tug-of-War Event is organized by the Ottawa Police Association and the Ottawa Mission. Tug-of-War teams “pull together” to raise funds and awareness for The Ottawa Mission’s Stepping Stones Learning Centre. The Ottawa Mission is a non-profit, faith-based ministry that provides hope and help to those who are homeless. This year’s competition raised an estimated $43,000! Good job!

FADER Women’s Gala – October 18, 2008

On October 18, 2008, FADER (Femme d’Affaire et Développement Économique de la Région) held their fourth edition of the Women’s Gala at Lucien Delorme Community Centre in Wendover. This is a tribute to the leadership roles of women in business and community affairs for the Prescott-Russell County.
My name and related accomplishments were nominated for the Health and Sport categories. Honors of first nominee was awarded to me in the Health Category. I was moved and speechless to be recognized, since giving my energy, knowledge, intention, and abilities to my well being and the wellbeing of others is part of my daily activities and routine.
My success is attributed to the support and confidence of my family, my friends, my colleagues and my clients. Therefore, I dedicate this award to this exceptional support system!

My Around the World Trip – July to December 2006

This had been a long time dream of mine. After 5 years of sacrifices and hard studies, this was my gift to myself. My initial plan was to travel for 3 months in 3 countries (South Africa, France and New Zealand). Somehow things expanded to 6 months travel in… let me count… 14 countries. I traveled through South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, France, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Germany. I had never really traveled before. And yes, I traveled solo. I made such good friends along the way. Ongoing correspondence is maintained with many of them. My first 2 days where quite an experience. After leaving my family and friends at the airport (yes, crying like there was no tomorrow), living in planes and airports for 48 hours, I arrived in Johannesburg, in South Africa. I had to spend the next 2 days on my own inside the resort. I had promised my parents I would call as soon as I arrived… It took me almost a day to sum up the courage to call them. At that point, I seriously thought I was crazy to do something like this. I actually considered for a moment to call it quits and go back home. Am I ever glad and proud I didn’t. This turned out to be the best experience of my life, so far. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. It is fulfilling, empowering, and rich in life-long lessons. It’s a true eye-opener! The different cultures, the change in sceneries and landscapes… just beautiful! The world is so big out there for one to explore but yet so small because it is so easily accessible. I am most fortunate and one of the luckiest women in the world to have been given the chance, encouragement and support to attain for, what was for me, a dream. Family and friends have been there for me through out the entire process: preparation for leaving, the actual trip, and the somewhat brutal return. No amounts of thank you would suffice for all of you to show my deepest appreciation and recognition.
Two years have passed since my return and I still dream of it like it was yesterday. This is something I will cherish, carry and remember for the rest of my life.
I assure you, many more trips are yet to come!!! Travelling is now a passion that lives and circulates deep within my blood…
